GIFT CARD CURRENCY:

When you purchase a gift card from Selene & Amor, it will be issued in USD (our store's default currency), regardless of your local currency. While you’ll pay for the gift card in your local currency, the value will reflect the USD amount at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance on your gift card will also be displayed in USD when you use it at checkout.

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS:

If your local currency is different from USD, currency conversion will occur at checkout. The conversion is based on the exchange rate at the time of redemption, not when the gift card was purchased.

GIFT CARD BALANCES:

Gift card balances are always shown in USD, as that is the currency of our store.

EXAMPLE:

If you purchase a $100 USD gift card from our store, and your local currency is Euros, you’ll pay for the gift card in Euros. When you use the gift card at checkout, the balance will be converted to Euros based on the current exchange rate. Any remaining balance will be converted back to USD for future use.
