Return Policy
At Selene & Amor, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our Returns Policy below for guidance:
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Full-priced items can be returned for a store credit voucher or refund, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
HOW TO LODGE A RETURN
If your item meets the above conditions, simply contact us via email at info@seleneandamor.com to lodge your return. Please include:
- Your order number
- Details of the items you wish to return
- Photos if the item is damaged or faulty
You will receive instructions and the return address once your request is reviewed.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs charges, government taxes, and duties for both domestic and international returns.
To make the process easier, we offer the option to send your return to either our design studio in Sydney or our dispatch warehouse in China, depending on which location is more convenient for you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, please return the original item and place a new order.
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return and confirm its eligibility, it will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
FAULTY GOODS
If your jewellery is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@seleneandamor.com. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution in line with our Warranty Policy.
