JEWELLERY WARRANTY
All Selene & Amor purchases are covered by a 3-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults in materials.
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Faulty clasps or fastenings: If a clasp, hook, or other mechanism is defective or fails to function as intended.
- Broken or loose settings: If stones or other adornments are improperly set or detached due to an issue during production.
- Defective plating: If a piece is tarnished or discoloured immediately after purchase due to a defect in the plating process.
We offer a replacement or store credit for defective items once assessed by our team. To assist with the assessment process, please submit a clear photo or video of the item showing the defect.

What’s Not Covered:
- Loss of jewellery
- Chain breakage
- General wear and tear, including tarnishing or fading of plated jewellery, from regular use
- Any damage resulting from improper care or handling

Our pieces are delicate, so we recommend following the product Care Guidelines to ensure longevity.
After Warranty Period:
Replacement or store credit claims submitted after the 3-month period may not be eligible.

24K GOLD PLATED ROSE WARRANTY
All 24K gold-plated roses from Selene & Amor are covered by a 6-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Manufacturing defects may include:
- Defective plating: If a piece is tarnished or discoloured immediately after purchase due to a defect in the plating process.
We offer a replacement or store credit for defective items once assessed by our team. To assist with the assessment process, please submit a clear photo or video of the item showing the defect, along with proof of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects, as described above
- Damage incurred during transit (replacements will be provided in such cases)
What’s Not Covered:
- Loss of the rose
- Damage caused by exposure to water, humidity, sunlight, or chemicals
- Natural imperfections in the petals due to the real rose nature, such as small marks or slight variations in colour
- Breakage or damage due to mishandling
Note:
Since the rose is made from a real flower, natural imperfections may occur, such as marks on the petals or slight variations in colour. These are part of the unique beauty of each piece. The colour may also vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in display settings.

Additional Information:
Each 24K gold-plated rose comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, an SGS report certifying the thickness of the gold plating layer, and an acrylic stand for elegant display and protection.
