FAQ

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@seleneandamor.com if you wish to cancel before dispatch.

Can I change my shipping details after placing the order?

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us right away at info@seleneandamor.com We will correct it before dispatch. After shipment, changes can’t be made.

What happens if my address is incorrect after my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order is dispatched. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is already in transit, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be redirected to the mailing warehouse in the recipient's country and may eventually be destroyed or abandoned by local authorities.


Once the parcel arrives at the mailing warehouse and the courier contacts us, we can arrange for the parcel to be re-shipped to the correct address. However, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If the customer fails to provide updated, correct shipping details, the parcel will not be returned to us and will be destroyed. No refunds will be issued in this scenario.


Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays or additional costs.

Where is my order dispatched from?

While Selene & Amor is proudly based in Australia, all orders are generally dispatched directly from our workshop in China. By shipping straight from our workshop, we avoid unnecessary back-and-forth shipping, helping to reduce carbon emissions and supporting our commitment to sustainability. Our dedicated team of artisans and quality control experts ensures that each piece meets our high standards before it is dispatched to you.

Do you cover duties and taxes?

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are separate from the cost of shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country and its local regulations.
Please note that Selene & Amor is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs or third-party delivery companies. For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.

What happens if my order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at info@seleneandamor.com as soon as possible. We understand how disappointing this can be, and we will promptly begin an investigation with the courier company to resolve the issue. While we are unable to issue a refund in this situation, we are dedicated to finding the best possible solution.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please reach out to us, and we will investigate the issue.
